Homes range in price from $350,000 – $1.5M. Sun City Summerlin has just over 7,500 homes in the community. Sun City Summerlin features four clubhouses, three golf courses, and several restaurants. 

Siena

Siena is a Las Vegas 55+ age-restricted guard-gated community located on 667 acres built by Sunrise Colony Company in the Summerlin master-planned community. There are approximately two thousand homes in the Siena Community ranging from $500,000 – $1.5M. It is surrounded by Siena Golf Club – an 18-hole Schmidt-Curley-designed golf course featuring waterfalls, gardens, and Lake Siena. 

Los Prados

Los Prados is a gated community in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was built by U.S. Homes in 1986. This community is not age-restricted. It is located on a beautiful golf course and home prices range from $350,000-$800,000. There are just over 1,300 homes in this community that are mostly Single-Family Homes for resale only. Trilogy ® Sunstone

Trilogy ® Sunstone is a 55+ age-restricted gated community of new construction homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. The location is in the northwest section of the Las Vegas Valley and close to Red Rock Canyon. The builder is Shea Homes and construction started in 2021 and is currently still progressing. There are just over nine hundred homes in this community ranging from $550,000-$850,000. Residents will have access to a community clubhouse called the Cabochon Club that will feature a fitness center, culinary studio, café, restaurant, and bar. There will also be many outdoor recreational options including a resort-style pool with cabanas and locker rooms. There will also be pickleball and bocce ball courts, an outdoor venue for games and events,  along with walking paths and a dog park. 

Regency at Summerlin

The Regency at Summerlin is a 55+ age-restricted gated community in Las Vegas, Nevada, and part of the Summerlin master-planned community. The Builder is Toll Brothers and construction started in 2015 and is still in progress. Homes prices range from $800,000 – $2M. The Regency offers a wide range of new construction homes with nine different floor plans to choose from. The Regency’s 16,669-square-foot clubhouse serves as the centerpiece and features a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor lap pool, and a multi-purpose room for parties and gatherings. Heritage at Stonebridge is an upcoming 55+ age-restricted gated community in Las Vegas and is the latest edition to the Summerlin master-planned community. The builder is Lennar and construction started in 2021 and continues to progress. Heritage at Stonebridge will feature new construction single-family homes in the $750,000 = $900,000 price range and will offer nine different floor plans to choose from. There are just over four hundred homes planned for this community. There will be a large variety of amenities and social activities, including a community clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, and athletic courts. There will also be a picnic area, walking and biking trails, and several parks. 

Mera Rhodes Ranch

Mera Rhodes Ranch is a 55+ age-restricted, gated, and pet-friendly rental community in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mera Rhodes Ranch is very centrally located just twenty miles from Downtown Las Vegas and 15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip and Harry Reid International Airport. Construction started in 2021 and continues to the present. When completed, Mera Rhodes Ranch will consist of 172 apartment homes. Prices will start at $1,275 per month. Solera at Stallion Mountain is a 55+ age-restricted guard-gated community located in Las Vegas, Nevada just seven miles from the Las Vegas Strip and five miles from Downtown Las Vegas. Solera at Stallion Mountain was built by Del Webb in 2005. There are just over eight hundred homes in this community ranging from $ 375,000 to $550,000. Stallion Mountain features a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse and an on-site lifestyle director.
